This high-sided 30cm diameter, 5.2 litre, Smeg wok is perfect for mixing and tossing ingredients with ease, cooking food quickly and uniformly. It's aluminium body guarantees excellent cooking results whilst the non-stick coating allows less oils and fats to be used for healthier cooking. It is also very easy to clean.
The patented base allows compatibility with all types of hobs; gas, electric, ceramic and induction, for maximum versatility. It is possible to put all Smeg cookware in the oven up to a temperature of 250掳C/480掳F and they can also be put in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
The long stainless steel handle offers a comfortable and safe grip.
This high quality wok is available in cream, red and black, the finishes and colours perfectly co-ordinate with other products within the Smeg range.
